In this four-class series, each class will do more than just improve your physique and technique; you will learn to feel anatomy and physiology from the inside, and adjust it to bring about a tranquil state of mind. Saturday May 4, 9 am-12 pm:  Knees
Saturday May 4, 2-5 pm:  Forward Bends
Sunday May 5, 9 am-12 pm:  Backbends
