Yoga practice can strengthen and stimulate us out of our dullness. It can also calm and soothe our nerves and overactive minds. In this weekend workshop which is broken into four 2.5 hour classes, we will explore both directions. Friday evening and Saturday afternoon sessions will include pranayama in the sequences. These classes will emphasize the pensive mode as we take our awareness within quietly. Saturday and Sunday morning sessions will be more active, invigorating and uplifting.
